You can return your item within 14 days for online purchases (excluding items from the "CLASSY OUTLET") and 30 days for in-store purchases. The terms and conditions are detailed on the return card included in your package or in the "RETURNS" tab on our website.

Once you place an order, you will first receive a confirmation email then your tracking number when it is collected by the carrier. Make it easier to trace your orders by creating your customer area and find all your information there.
