Returns
For all returns of an online or in-store purchase, items must be returned in their original condition: never worn, nor washed, with the tag intact. They must be carefully folded and returned in their original pouch.
"Jersey Soft" and "Jersey Light" models must be returned in their original packaging (cardboard packaging). Otherwise, the return of the item will be refused.
Gift boxes and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. Returns not complying with the conditions mentioned above will be refused.
ONLINE PURCHASE
Online purchases may be subject to a refund request (or credit note) if the items are not suitable. Return shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.
They can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
DURING SALE PERIODS, THE RETURN PERIOD IS REDUCED TO 7 DAYS (only for items on sale).

Upon receipt of your package, we will process the refund for returned items (if all conditions are met) within 7 to 14 days.
IN-STORE PURCHASE
For in-store purchase returns, no refund is possible; however, they can be returned to us for:
- an exchange (subject to in-store stock availability) within 30 days
DURING SALE PERIODS, THE RETURN PERIOD IS REDUCED TO 14 DAYS
- a credit note valid for 2 months in store or online upon request to customer service
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / ORDER ERROR

REGARDING OUR POP-UP SALES
During our pop-up store events, you have the option to:
- Return items on-site during the pop-up dates (no refund, only an exchange or a digital credit to use on the website will be issued)
Outside these dates, only defective products can be returned within 14 days.
