- “CLASSY MASTOUR” designates the professional seller.
- “You”, “the client(s)”, “the consumer(s)” refer to the non-professional buyer.

- PRODUCTS -
CLASSY MASTOUR advises you to refer, before placing your order, to the description of the product presented on the website classymastour.fr where the essential characteristics of the product within the meaning of article L. 111-1 of the code of consumption, as well as its composition, its capacity and its price.
The contractual information is presented in French and is subject to confirmation at the latest when your order is validated.

- AVAILABILITY -

- ORDER -

CLASSY MASTOUR will make its best efforts to ensure that your order is shipped within these deadlines. - TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND TRANSFER OF RISKS -
Ownership of the products is transferred to you upon acceptance of the order by CLASSY MASTOUR.

- WITHDRAWAL -
From the day of receipt of your order, you have 15 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
