RETURN TERMS

To find out the procedures and terms regarding a purchase to return or exchange, here are the solutions available to you:

  • For a return of a purchase made online or in store, the items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed, with tag). Gift boxes cannot be returned or refunded.
  • The return must be made within specified deadlines in the following paragraphs ( 14 days following receipt of your order for an online purchase, 30 days for an in-store purchase). These times are shortened during sales periods (7 days online, 14 days in store)
  • Returns not meeting the conditions listed above will be refused.

ONLINE SHOPPING

Purchases made online may be subject to a refund request if the items are not suitable.

Possibility of returning them within 14 days of receiving your order:

DURING THE SALE PERIOD, THE RETURN PERIOD IS REDUCED TO 7 DAYS (only for sale items)

  • In store free of charge from Tuesday to Sunday during opening hours (exchange or refund of the initial payment method).
  • By post UNIQUELY at the customer's expense and to the following address: CLASSY MASTOUR 44 Rue Maurice De Broglie 93600 Aulnay-Sous-Bois

The return slip must be created at your post office, mentioning our postal address.

  • For countries outside France, you can contact our customer service by email if the local carrier does not suit you or if you need further information: Classy.mastour@gmail.com

Upon receipt of your package, we will proceed to refund (returned items if all conditions are met) within a period of 7 to 14 days.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

For returns of in-store purchases no refund is not possible, however, they can be returned to us and follow:

  • A exchange (subject to availability in store) within 30 days

DURING THE SALE PERIOD, THE RETURN PERIOD IS REDUCED TO 14 DAYS

  • A to have valid for 2 months in store or online upon request from customer service

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / ORDER ERROR

For any item that is defective upon receipt or an order error, please contact us by email at customer service within a 14-day deadline maximum so that we can take care of your return and offer you suitable solutions.

REGARDING OUR Ephemeral SALES

During our pop-up store events, you have the opportunity to:

  • Return items to us on site during the pop-up dates (no refunds, only an exchange or digital credit to be used on site will be issued)

Outside of these dates, only defective products can be returned to us within 14 days.
