EXCHANGES & RETURNS

To find out the procedures and terms regarding a purchase to return or exchange, here are the solutions available to you.

ONLINE SHOPPING

Purchases made online may be subject to a request for a refund or exchange of products or sizes.

Possibility of returning them:

  • In store for free from Tuesday to Sunday during opening hours
  • By post ONLY at the customer's expense and to the following address: 44 Rue Maurice De Broglie 93600 Aulnay-Sous-Bois

Upon receipt of your package, we will refund or exchange it within 7 to 14 days.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

For returns of purchases in store no refund is possible, however, they can be returned to us and follow:

  • an exchange (depending on items available in store) within 30 days.
  • a credit valid for 2 months in store
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, and must not have been worn or washed.

For any defective item, the return is shortened to 14 days following purchase.

REGARDING OUR Ephemeral SALES

During our pop-up store events, you have the opportunity to:

  • Return the items to us on site during the pop-up dates (no refund, only an exchange or digital credit to use on the site will be made)

Outside of these dates, only defective products can be returned to us within 14 days.
